Dr Roopa  Vohra

Executive Editor.

Dr   Roopa  Vohra,  PhD   from University  of  Delhi. Her pre - Ph.D work  titled “Status, Education &  Problems of Indian Women” was published in the form of a book,  adjudged  as  Standard Textbook in Education by National Educational Resource Centre of Ministry of Human Resource Development in 1988, Government of India. She has published many widely acclaimed research papers & authored book chapters on topics covering Intellectual Disability, Drug Abuse, Leprosy, Aids, Stress, Emerging life style challenges, Women  empowerment, Ayurvedic healing and its relevance to the wellbeing of  the modern world amongst many others. She is founder  member  of  this  Journal  with Late Prof Arun K. Sen, eminent academics, Fulbright Scholar, Head of the  Department of Psychology University of Delhi. He was recipient  of   "National Lectureship" award conferred by  UGC (1986-87)  & visiting professor to the University of California & Berkeley & University of Oxford, U.K.

Professor Santoshi Halder

Associate Editor.

Santoshi Halder, PhD, is a professor, at the Department of Education, University of Calcutta, India. She has a Post-graduation in Education, a PhD in Applied Psychology, a Board-Certified Behaviour Analyst (BACB, USA), and a Special Educator licensure (Rehabilitation Council of India, RCI). She has been an international fellow and recipient of various prestigious competitive International awards; Hungarian state bilateral Awardee (2022-23), Hungarian International Credit Mobility Cooperation Erasmus, Hungary (2022-2025), Shastri-Indo-Canadian Fellow (2020-22), Fulbright Academic and Professional Excellence fellow, USA (2020), Rockefeller Fellow, Italy (2019), Japan Society for Promotion of Science/ JSPS fellow, (2019), Endeavour Australia-India Education Council Research Fellow and Honorary Visiting Fellow at Olga Tennison Autism Research Centre (OTARC), La Trobe University, Australia (2015-2016), Endeavour Awards Ambassador (2018) and Fulbright Nehru Senior Research Fellow, USA (2011–2012).

She has edited international books on inclusion/ inclusive pedagogy (Springer International and Palgrave Macmillan pub.), and research methodology (Neelkamal pub.), and authored a book on Education Technology (Routledge pub.). She has completed ten projects; 6 International and 4 National on various areas funded by Hungarian Government, UGC, ICSSR, NIHSS, USIEF, IIE, JSPS, Rockefeller Foundation, etc. She is an editorial board member in various national and international journals and currently working on multiple international peer-reviewed books and research projects on areas such as Educational Technology, inclusion, autism, and diversity with contributors from all over the world with internationally reputed publishers. She teaches BACB-approved behavior analysis courses to students from various countries, and provides behavior intervention services, especially to people with autism spectrum disorder including training the parents and practitioners

Professor  Anuradha Sovani.

Professor Anuradha  Sovani is the former Head of the Department of Psychology & Associate Dean, Humanities, SNDT Women’s University,  Trustee and Consultant, Institute for Psychological Health, Thane, Maharashtra, India. Formerly she was head of the Department of Applied Psychology, University of Mumbai, India. Recipient of various fellowships, scholarships and awards, including  UGC Research Fellowship,  National Talent Search Scholarship  & Mankar Prize of  University of Mumbai, India.  Professor Anuradha  Sovani  was awarded for the best research paper by Indian Psychological Association, best research paper published in the Interdisciplinary Journal “Disabilities and Impairments”, best book award for Children’s  literature  by  the State of Maharashtra, India. Professor Anuradha Sovani  has  mastery   to  align research  work  into  real-time practical application  in Indian context and has authored Ten Marathi books on Child Mental Health, Quality of Life, Marital Relationships and Counseling. She is  the founder of  popular news series called “Maanas-Rang”.  She has successfully guided fourteen doctoral students, including UGC post doc and five more students are working towards their Doctoral Degree. She had worked on a UGC major research project on Treatment Resistant Schizophrenia with co-authors Deshpande and Thatte, which is now published as a book.  She has published over sixty five research papers in national and international journals, book chapters in national and international publications and regularly contributes in various popular newspaper columns.

Lt General P.G. Kamath [Retd].

Lt General P.G. Kamath is the General Officer of Indian Army,  he  carries with him four decades of grassroots levels real-time professional experiences on strategic development involving management of human resources, training, innovations with emerging  new  technologies and has mastery in aligning skills with workplace environment and task accomplishment in Indian Context. He has served as Special Rapporteur of National Human Rights Commission for three states of Karnataka, Andhra Pradesh & Telangana. He was head & commandant of international repute Army War College. General Officer is specialist in leadership development with deep understanding on human resources attributable traits and developing implementation modality under varied conditions of  indian context. He has rendered invaluable services to the Government in monitoring & surveillances on Primary Health Centers, District Hospitals & Community Health Centers, Old Age Homes, Juvenile Hostels, Immunization & Mid day meal programs & bonded labor trafficking  amongst  many  other critical community development programs strengthening nation’s inclusive development.

Dr Tojo Thatchenkery.

An eminent Indian scholar and currently Professor & Director, M.S. Organization Development & Knowledge Management (ODKM), Schar School, George Mason University, USA. He is  author of over a dozen books and one hundred articles. One of them, Appreciative Intelligence: Seeing the Mighty Oak in the Acorn was a Harvard Business Review recommended book. Professor Thatchenkery is on the editorial board of the Journal of Applied Behavioral Sciences and the Journal of Organizational Change Management. He has over twenty five years of experience in teaching at various Public Policy, MBA, Organization Development, and executive development programs in the United States, Canada, South America, Europe, Australia, and Asia with outstanding professional zeal to reach out grassroots  levels.

Professor Tej Bahadur Singh.                                        

Professor Tej Bahadur Singh  is  former Chairman, National Institute of Mental Health [NIMH] Ranchi, India. Currently serving as Dean: School of Human Sciences & Professor of Psychology in Centre for Psychological Sciences, Central University of South Bihar, Gaya, India. Recipient of fellowship from British Council and has undertaken extensive research work on Psycho Social Rehabilitation from University of Birmingham. He has served in many reputed Indian National Institutes including NIVH, (Under Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment) NIPCCD (Under Ministry of Women & Child)   and  has  mastery in developing service models for Community Oriented Services,  Psychotherapy and Psychosocial Rehabilitation. He has authored books, published over ninety five research papers in national and international journals, research monographs.  He was principal investigator in fifteen reputed research projects. He was founder faculty in establishing Institute of Human Behavior & Allied Sciences (IHBAS) and established Department of Clinical Psychology in IHBAS and held the position of Professor, HOD & Dean in IHBAS.

Professor  Zokaitluangi.

Professor Zokaitluangi has been working in the Central University more than thirty years (1989-2001) under North Eastern Hill University and with effect 2011 to till date 2020 under Mizoram University. She  is  a  former Dean, School of Social Sciences (2016-2019), Mizoram University Aizawl- NAAC Accredited Grade  “A” institution. She was two times Head of the Department of Psychology (2003-2007; 20-02-2012-2016), Mizoram University. Prof. Zokaitluangi posses outstanding professional functional edge to align research with workplace environment, she is  member of the Mizoram State Commission for Women, member of  Lok Adalat under State Legal Services Authority of Mizoram.  She is subject expert in the ICSSR (New Delhi), subject expert in the UGC (Nero); and acts as subject expert/member in academic  bodies  in  the  twenty different universities; has supervised as principle investigator over twenty Ph.D. degrees and three M Phil.

Professor Akbar Husain.

Professor Akbar Husain is a senior faculty member in the Department of Psychology, Faculty of Social Sciences, Aligarh Muslim University, Aligarh (India). Recipient of Sir Syed Innovation Award as Outstanding Researcher of the Year 2018. He carries with him four decades of teaching experience at the Aligarh Muslim University, India; Eritrea Institute of Technology, Asmara, Eritrea; and University Malaya, Malaysia. He is on  the Editorial Board  of number of International Refereed Journals besides  member of Scientific Committees. Professor Husain had received several prestigious international and national awards in recognition of his outstanding academic achievements and research work. He was chairman, Department of Psychology and the Dean, Faculty of Social Sciences at A.M.U, Aligarh; and Program Head, Eritrea Institute of Technology, Asmara, Eritrea. He has published over one hundred research papers in national and international journals  and  authored  over  one  hundred  book chapters, edited, authored, co-authored over forty books with unique distinction and standardized thirty psychological tests. He has successfully guided four post doctoral thesis, thirty five Ph.D. thesis and ten M.Phil in various fields of psychological assessment and testing, social psychology, clinical and health psychology, applied gerontology, spiritual and positive psychology. His conduct epitomize a devoted,  efficient  meticulous professional with yielding integrity with constant quest to hone up skills of students, strengthen fellow colleagues & work towards  positive contribution.

Dr.  Panch  Ramalingam.

Dr. Panch Ramalingam  is  Director, UGC-Human Resource Development Centre Pondicherry University, Puducherry, India (Formerly Academic Staff College of the Pondicherry University, Puducherry) established by the University Grants Commission to plan, organize, monitor and evaluate programs for the resource persons of colleges/universities. He carries with him over three decades of rich experience in academics, teaching, research projects and has participated as speaker in many national & international forums / overseas universities. He has organized over fifteen national level and twelve international  level conferences /seminars and has authored, edited more than sixty books including twenty books related to psychology and education. His noteworthy work underwent several editions and he is also two times recipient  of  prestigious “Best Book Awards” from Government of Tamil Nadu & Cal Catteral Award from International School Psychology Association, USA amongst many others. He is the President, Indian School Psychology Association (InSPA) President, Asia Pacific School Psychology Association (APSPA), Malaysia and visiting faculty of Klagenfurt University, Klagenfurt, Austria.

Tapash Chatterjee.

Tapash Chatterjee  is  a  decorated professional officer and the master trainer of the Indian Army. He combined his vision with his man management skills to conceptualize and implement the mission ‘Ability Beyond Disability’ as First Nodal officer in conjunction with Ministry of Social Justice & Empowerment, Government of India & Indian Army. The Mission was aimed at restoring the dignity of persons with disabilities, strengthen the grassroot & community level activities by connecting rehabilitation professionals with those in need, residing in remote, under-served and border areas of the country. The mission found its mention in the Niti Ayog reports for outstanding achievements. He is regular contributor to the “Behind The Headlines” column of the Indian Interdisciplinary Research Journal Disabilities & Impairment est. 1987 and strong advocate of social entrepreneurship and adding positive value to the society through empowerment & development. He is also Chief Administrative Officer for larger societal purpose development  projects  of  remote  &  underserved  areas.
